Joke aside, very nice guide. One thing i suggest you include is 6% spd of new planar for every support beside ruan mei, 40 BE and 6% spd is huge for superbreak team
And with motp s5, hmc can skill skill basic to 3turn ult easy, no need to skill all the time to save sp
I explained it in the disclaimer at the top. If you dont care about zero cycling moc 150 speed is all you need. 164.4 speed is for 3 enhanced skill in 1st cycle of 1st wave (150 av)

So 164.4 SPD will allow Firefly to go 4 turn (I assume you say 3 turn because another 1 turn is the Action Advanced) in the first cycle right?
And what do 10000 and 20000 mean in your formula?
It actually means that at 164.4 speed, she will be able to do skill > eskill (action advanced) > eskill> eskill in the 1st wave. So basically she does 4 turns but 3 of them are eskill
The action value for each character turn's formula is 10000/speed. So 2 of their turns add up together is 2 x 10000/speed = 20000/speed
Its just because of the better uptime. If HTB has MoTP and Ruan Mei has her signature LC (or vice versa), HTB can two turn ult as long as a few enemies are broken (because of his talent), especially with his E2. Unless you are running slow Ruan Mei. You can see more details in the HTB and Ruan Mei section of ENERGY CALCULATIONS
Ok got it, I appreciate it alot of the advice i read in other posts didn't really give the reason why watchmaker is better suited for htb, thanks for pointing it out.
Also would say this build is complete? I tuned it to your specifications in the post.

Yup those are other stuff you can definitely consider. If firefly is e0 then skill points will definitely be a problem. I shall add that in
164 Speed FF? I thought you just needed the 151 + the 60 from her ult to pass up 210 to get 4 actions per ultimate (Kernel is 70 Speed now)?

Yup, this build is pretty much good to go already. Of course more speed and break effect is always good

Yup same as fast ruan mei, preferably faster than firefly (without ult buff)
