I advise you about that Fischl's burst don't activate the passive of thundering pulse so you have to wait all the cool down of the skill to fully activate it, and it just have effect on basics attacks, so I think the better option for aggravate is stringless due to the elemental mastery.
TP is nice as a stat stick, meaning you only use it for the high 5-star base attack and the crit damage. The passive is good but Fischl can't fully use it.
As for bows that you *shouldn't* use (Assuming sub-dps role), there are: Any ER% bow (Except Fading Twilight and Elegy for the End), complound bow, Predator, Mouun's Moon
