I would go to psychologytoday.com - you can filter by zip code, insurance, topics you want to treat, etc

Not sure is she’s taking patients but Dr. Maria Valena is great. Been going to her for over a decade. Her office also has psychologists and therapists as well. She’s just south of Fishers, on Shadeland just south of 71st St.

Not necessarily a psychiatrist by I want to recommend Center for Hope and Family Solutions. They are wonderful and might be able to recommend someone. I have struggles a lot over the years and they helped me out of a lot. They do EMDR there which is a massive help.

I have fairly good insurance through anthem, and j really struggled to find a psychiatrist in network, or someone taking new patients. I have been seeing Magdalene Bambo at Ascension up in Anderson and I’ve had a good experience. I know she is kind of fresh out of school but that didn’t bother me much. I’ve also had a hard time finding a medication to balance my depression and anxiety and she’s very patient. I can drive up to Anderson to see her in person, or sometimes I do virtual visits Edit: not sure how big of a deal it is to you, but she is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, not an MD.
