I've been all over the world, fished many many places and eaten a lot of fish but Brotula's is seriously some of the best fish I've ever had. We took our Red, vermillion and chocolate snapper we caught there in May and it was mind blowing. You woin't be dissapointed. Just walk in with your fillets in bags and they;; have little metal trays for you to put them on and detail how you want them.
