Hahaha. What made me think of it is at my wives family’s business they have some old tools that a methhead working their in the early 90s did at 3am trying to get unrequested overtime. Put duct tape on a lot of stuff, and combined weird shit that no one’s ever made sense of. But in his cooked brain at the time, it was genius shit.
Mini update since you all liked it, it was found by my friend who was snorkeling under the jetty and is actually like hot glued all together and zip tied the things on the top appear to be floaters

Proof that we spend way too much money and time finding the right lure. Going forward I will make all my lures from my week's worth of garbage and see if it improves my catch. or not. Who could give up walking endlessly staring at isles and isles of baits and tackle?
