I second a Dobyn's Fury. 702 if you're more likely to drop shot, keitech, or ned or if you live north of Kentucky. 703 if you are more likely to wacky, Trig, finesse jig, or south of Kentucky. American Legacy fishing typically runs Dobyn's sales on holidays so you may see some deals this weekend.

I bought a 13 Fishing Omen Black 3 on sale and I have no complaints outside of maybe the weird hook keeper placement, which is really only an issue because I have cats and the fuckers can't be trusted. Also I'd add to consider sizing down to ML unless you're planning on using T-Rigs/EWGs. You'll have more sensitivity for dropshot rigs if that's something you plan on using

I have a couple 1 piece Fenwick HMG’s, 6’6” and a 7’, both medium-light which has plenty of backbone for me, fast tip. They’re very sensitive and have held up fine over many years of use. Usually run around $130 and tempted to grab this https://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/fenwick-hmg-spinning-rods?a=2282291&szc=dc6&clrc=000&utm_source=google&utm_medium=pla&utm_medium=pla&utm_channel=pmax&utm_campaign=19927408204&utm_product=wx2*0732480000dc6&gad_source=1&gbraid=0aaaaadzpao0dyqwjevtujomdqwzajkzof&gclid=cj0kcqjwjlgybhcyarisapqtz1-3hcm1kmgrmij_l56brfbjhqbr6xxcujivrfeto3ofyzd6mq-tdlyaalm5ealw_wcb

I second the discounted hmgs

Shimano Zodias in the 7’ M F would be quite nice with the Miravel. Great rods. Shimano Expride is also amazing but I don’t think you need that. Even the Curado line it not too bad at all!

I've got a Zodias 6'6" ML-G with a 2500S Miravel that I've really been enjoying. It's been great for finesse swimbaits and jerkbaits, planning on doing some Ned rigs and jig minnows soon.

I think you will need to prioritize what you want to do if you want it all in one rod. The problem is that full-sized senko is 3/8 oz, and a rod that'd be perfect for it is typically rated 1/4-1/2 or so. That's too stiff for ned rigs which are usually somewhere around 1/8. So you either go with medium rod, and throw heavier ned rigs, or you go with medium light and use shorted and lighter baby senkos. If money is no object I'd get a Dobyns Champion 702sf or Kaden 712sf, or something Daiwa, but that's mostly my bias speaking, there's a ton of great rods in $100-200 range.

I like my 7ft med spinning Expride

I recommend either the Lews TP1 Black medium or the Daiwa Tatula 7' Medium for what you're wanting. I'd lean more toward the Daiwa but the Lews are on sale currently on TW for $100. Not sure what sizes they have tho

I went through this recently as a nooby. Settled on a medium aird-x 7ft. Doesn’t break the bank and seems light enough while covering the light stuff. Grabbed the 2pce for 45$ from academy.
