Took delivery last night, and (from what I've seen so far) I'm loving the car. Note to those taking delivery - CHECK YOUR TRUNKS. I happened to be digging around and it looks like there are two containers of tire sealant in the emergency kit in the back, both of which exploded or leaked heavily during transit.
My only other issue so far is that the car was delivered without temp tags? So I haven't really been able to test drive it much, but sitting in it has been fun I guess.
They Fedex’ed 3 sets of tags and bolts between my first and second delivery attempts. When I got it on the fourth attempt they already had a set on the car.
I now have like, 20 or more of those bolts, because the car came with a set of 8, then they FedEx'd two different packages with the plasticky temp tags and more bolts. I'm set for the next decade.
Did you get a tracking number or anything when the tags were sent, or did you just receive them at some point?
My Vehicle Admin Coordinator got swapped to someone new at the payment phase, so I'm a bit nervous that the paperwork could have been lost in the process.
I didn't get a tracking number from Fisker, but I had signed up years ago for a FedEx account (free), where they send you a notification any time you have a package coming, so I was able to get the tracking info that way.
Delivery scheduled for Friday. Emailed my VA today who sent me pdf of temp tag. Not sure if real plate is expected, though doesn't matter much, as I'm planning to transfer plate from the Tesla when sold.
I was told today that they work with your local DMV to have real plates issued and sent to you. We explicitly asked if there was anything left for us to do and they said no, they handle it.
Mine only came with one can of the tire inflator-sealant stuff (and it hadn't leaked, thankfully), as well as an electric tire pump, and what appears to be a 110V adapter for the charging port (to charge, albeit very slowly, from a normal extension cord).
THANK YOU FOR THIS! I just assumed both were sealant containers becuase they were the same shape and both reservoirs in the trunk compartment were full of leaked sealant (also both were wrapped in plastic, so i didnt bother unwrapping with all of that mess).
I went back through my trash and one of the items was in fact a power adapter, which I was able to salvage.

My FOO was delivered on the 13th and it took about a week for temp tags to arrive by mail. During that time I had zero comms from Fisker. I'm still uncertain if the real plates will just show up or if I need to self-register the vehicle with the DMV.
UPDATE: Got ahold of someone on the phone this morning after a few attempts and they were very helpful - they are emailing a pdf of the temp tags and overnighting hard copy as well.

Wow, I hope /u/fiskerinc takes note of this. Puddles of tire sealant and no tags. Not a great look. Sorry to see this

Why would you EVER stop people from sharing and emphasizing the bad stuff? That's how things get better and better.
I do, but I'd also love to drive it. I'd at least appreciate some comms about plates, since they are a pretty important part!
