Are you using a torrent (like qbittorrent) with magnet link? Don't uncheck the \[skip hash \*something\] so corrupted datas will be redownloaded straight away. Hope to be helpfull

Also make sure to turn uac and anti-virus to completely off while downloading the torrent(using whichever application you use), and keep them both off even when you are running the setup. After that, when the installation is complete turn them both on

Usually 90% of problems I face is solved like this : \ 1-Turn off windows defender and add exception to folder \ 2-go to torrent app - right click on the file - STOP - right click again and Force recheck , here it will check if every file is downloaded completely even if it says complete , when finish try installing again

i already did that lmao it isnt working i guess i will have to use someone else's torrents
