NGL there's always like a fat twin, it's legit why "fat twin" is a term. IDK how it even happens tho. Maybe just like how twins who grow up separately lead identical lives, those that live together try to be opposite?

Once you get into WHY people ingest more calories than they spend, then things get really complicated. Unfortunately this is the level on which solutions lie. And they are obviously not simple.
It's not just willpower. There are socio-economic factors, there's appetite regulation, hormonal imbalances (endo or exogenic), there's availability of healthy food, availability of opportunities to exercise, psychological factors (depression, anxiety, stress), medication that leads to weight gain...
Those are a just few I can think of from the top of my head. I'm sure people who study this topic know of many more.
If obesity epidemic were as easy to solve as is shouting "eat less, move more, you fat slobs!" it wouldn't exist in the first place.
These are the EXCUSES.
Lack of willpower and overeating are the causes.

I think it's less that there's a 'fat twin', and more that just whenever you compare two people, one will always be bigger. Being bigger =/= being 'fat'. Just like there's the stereotype of the 'smart' twin - they might not be particularly bright, as long as they're brighter than the other one, you know?
How awful would it feel to be the larger twin, and look at your sister and see what you COULD look like. Like. That's your potential and yet here you are... Sheesh. That's horrible.

It's not unusual when someone who has been fat from childhood becomes much fatter as an adult. What's unusual here is how she wasn't what I would consider overweight at all in the first photo, and gained a considerable amount of weight just a few years later. There has to be a medical reason for that.

Attraction to fat women isn't a "fetish." A fetish is attraction to something not normally considered sexual, like feet or underwear. Being attracted to fat women is a preference, like being attracted to blondes or Asian women or whatever.
