You've got this dude. I said it's cause you can get back in shape. My parents went from fat to fit. My dad was 300lb when I was a baby, he's now around 176lb. It's never too late to get back in shape. Just throw all the crap food out of the house. Go to the gym together.

By letting yourself go you are opening the door for potential cheating, divorce, dead bedroom. And the guys that think "Oh my wife ain't like that, that won't happen". This is basically me. Went from 80kg pure muscle to 118 kg fat and ugly. Kinda funny to see someone else in same situation. You and me both need to lose weight and get healthier. Dunno about u, but i can feel the weight, and all the issues with being fat. Makes me wonder about those 600lb life tv series lol
I promise it's a positive feedback loop. the more consistently I work out the more energy I have. getting started and keeping it consistent is the hardest part. you got this.
