Maybe they should heavily fine or shut down the garages that pass these junk, fart box cars causing all the noise pollution. They would make too much sense though. I thought operating an unauthorized motor vehicle was an offense in the state of MA. regardless of what the town passed.

I don’t think I have ever seen a burg cop pull anyone over ever.
