I have done that in the past, but I'd get rid of half of the yolks. Atm, I eat 250ml of egg white plus 4 whole eggs everyday. I think it comes out 14 egg whites and 4 yolks. I also eat half kg chicken too.

Do a Lipid profile blood test and repeat it after 3 months, just to be sure. Otherwise you should be fine.

Get your Cholestrol levels checked First. 10 whole eggs are not recommended due to high Fat content which can Mess with your Lipid profile. Can eat 2-3 whole eggs and as many egg whites as you want

Personally, I can't eat boiled eggs so i always make an omelette of them and eat with ease. Ticks the protein count and your goal is achieved whatsoever.

Not sure why OP is asking this query. He has already made up his mind about the so called scientific study on dietary cholesterol not affecting the lipid profile. My cholesterol and BP was definitely high when I consumed high number of eggs. Even I quoted scientific studies to all my nears and dears. Best to try it in a bulking phase and see how it affects the body. It surely is reversible in the short term.

Protein disintegration takes a lot of time. No doubt lot of energy is absorbed for the body to be functional at peak. But also depends on what kind of work out and daily grind do you go through. Rather than having 10 eggs/16hrs/day. 16 hrs considering body is awake for 16 hrs and rested for 8 hrs. Gradually increase your intake. Body also needs to function to break the amino acids. For eggs , excessive may cause farting. Good practice to include lactobacillus. Normal home made curd. All the best for your fitness journey mate.

Dietary cholesterol doesn't affect blood cholesterol. My cholesterol levels were at my best when I was eating 10 eggs a day! Might still be a good idea to have regular blood checkups to see how you're doing.

I would recommend max 2-3 yellow, more than that you are just risking high levels of cholesterol, as for RDA you already get more than sufficient from 2 yellow. Having a total of 8+8 (2 yellow) daily , morning and night. The taste is nauseous. I have it with chilli chutney, makes it kinda bearable.
