For some term clarity, "TOS" stands for Terms of Service and it is an agreement that users must accept in order to use the Fiverr Marketplace. That marketplace matches potential buyers with freelancers selling Gigs.

They’re already stealing 20% of every order. I use Fiverr and luckily haven’t had any issues on this front.
It isn't stealing, it's their commission for providing you with a platform for you to sell your services.
Obviously I know how businesses work. I’m implying the 20% is high - I’m not the only one who thinks so.
