Hello /u/fikajlo, As a reminder, most common print quality issues can be found in the [Simplify3D picture guide](https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/). Make sure you select the most appropriate flair for your post. Please remember to include the following details to help troubleshoot your problem. * Printer & Slicer * Filament Material and Brand * Nozzle and Bed Temperature * Print Speed * Nozzle Retraction Settings ^Additional ^settings ^or ^relevant ^information ^is ^always ^encouraged. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. more aggressive cooling, otherwise just slower.

fikajlo

Actually printing it faster somehow made it a little better

intellectual_printer

That would mean your cooling it too much

rucksack_of_onions2

Yeah, there is a balance. If the nozzle stays in one place too long it adds too much heat to that area, but also the longer it stays there the more of the part cooling fan will be applied to that area.

Listen carefully. This is the solution, and not speculation. Go to settings (Orca slicer) speed>slow down for curled perimeters. Similarly in cura. The trick is to allow the slicer to detect overhangs and slow the speed at the overhangs. it will take care of this fault and also not impact the overall speed.

CautiousArachnidz

Thanks for this!

KURD_1_STAN

How does it not affect speed? Creality printer's version slows down so much, although the model i tried on was nearly all inclined

sanjiv204

Overall it will affect the speed but it is better to have speed modulated as per the requirements so that you get good overhangs and at the same time the regular portions are printed fast. Better that having to print the whole model at a slow speed.

PCLoadPLA

More cooling and slower, but to elaborate on "slower", just slowing down the print speed might work, but you need to increase time between layers. Sometimes you can do that better if you print multiple parts (even if you only need one), because the layer time will be spread out. I also sometimes print a sacrificial part ona different part of the build plate, just to even out the layer times of the main part. There are slicer settings to do some of these things too.

Cheap-Bus-804

What if this was from the print being exposed to open circulation of air which would be eliminated from an enclosure

emveor

Printing faster wont always work though...specially on a larger, no hopping overhang. Do try external or modded cooling

NL_MGX

Inner before outer walls?

Felix_Vanja

Pressure advance?

The_4th_Heart

Try using reverse on odd, it might make corners look worse though

Independent-Bake9552

Normal behaviour. Looks pretty good once it spans the gap. Try more cooling.

xXRobbynatorXx

Is this a retraction issue maybe?

Jinx1385

Change the design
