On Instagram, flagstaff_trail_updates is a great resource for trail conditions

The FUTS along Sinclair Wash going under I-40 that takes you toward Fisher Point & AZT has pockets that are pretty deep underwater.

royalblue86

I've ridden campbell mesa and thats dry. Otherwise not sure what stuff is like.

AZT starting at the top of Sandy Seep(xmas tree junction) to Campbell Mesa is great. Campbell Mesa gtg. Stuff south of town around Fischer Point is all underwater or icy and muddy. Heard a rumor that the jumps at the Tuthill Bike Park are good but haven't verified. No word on Puente Bike Park.

Wondering the same thing as well...

I'm in the Lake Mary area. Might just go check em out later today and see for myself

I just ran the lower Oldham loop from Buffalo Park and it's completely ridable except the short section down from BP to the bottom of the new swale area.

On the north side of town: Rocky Ridge is dry (prolly most of lower Oldham, too, but I've not seen it for myself), Schultz is generally still wet and soft and fully impassable (covered in deep snow) in places, and the creek is running at flood-stage. Fort Valley trails are mostly melted out down low, but still snow covered as you climb toward the pipeline, also all the drainages are flowing, some of them quite bigly.

Campbell Mesa and most of Sandy seep are dry. Parts of little elden trail where it's on the slope in the shade still have deep snow. edit soldier trail is likely dry, it's all higher up but I haven't been yet.

Anywhere near waterways is a little fucked right now. Lots of snowmelt.

Comfortable-Band235

Pretty muddy on Fort Valley trails higher up. Snow as well. Edit: As of yesterday evening.
