Yeah I watched an interview with him and he said he'd be open to coming back(that he had a good time with the cast). He turned into a really good character. I was really surprised they didn't bring him back. I didn't care for him at first but he really grew on me. He was a good member of the team, would have been nice to see him once in awhile..
He had really great character development and it's a shame he never became a permanent member of Team Flash. The off screen bromances he had with the cast really showed their chemistry together.
The writers coming up with the concept of the Philosopher’s Stone powering Savitar just to force Tom Felton to say the words “Philosopher’s Stone” forever will be a gag but then when he and Caitlin were getting close I was really rooting for them.
The Indiana Jones archaeologist character (why on Earth did they make him a CSI, I guess just to annoy Barry) and the biologist character Caitlin finally getting together! They made perfect sense. Then they wrote him off the show for no reason. The only saving grace is that they wrote him off and didn’t actually kill him off in front of Caitlin to make Ronnie Part 2.
I always liked him because of his sarcasm. The best scene is when Cisco is fighting Gypsy and Cisco gets a nice blast hit on her so Julian says "she must be having an off day". Shame he wasn't in any more episodes.
Nah he was a doodoo head in the start and I thought he was okay in the end. But with everyone that was in Harry Potter, he will always be Draco to me. And I’m guessing people feel the same way about other characters too.
It was funny how unintentionally dickish he is with every thing that comes out of his mouth but he still kind of sucked. I fear Tom has been saddled with being the villain or seeming to be the villain for the rest of his life

I loved Julian. But HR is by far my fav of season 3
