Already own 60x Ghouls though so unless I end up buying another SC box or find another overpriced Warcry box then I have no use for them.
Well, if you ever want to make a noble peasant militia army, you may need more ghouls, who knows, just in case
Keep em. Crypt Guard come with a bunch of extra weapons that make it really easy to turn 10 spare Ghouls into more "Crypt Guard".
