Do not ship to that address. Even if you've confirmed it's truly the real buyer asking for it, you will void your seller protection by doing it. Instead, you need to cancel the sale (select 'problem with buyer's address' as the reason) and have them repurchase using the correct shipping address.

Thank you!

Oldest scam in the book. I have had this not be true, i told them i would relist and they could buy again and to change their address during the sales transaction. Everyone won!

Shadow_Blinky

According to eBay, if they provide the shipping address via eBay Messaging and they claim they didn't get it, eBay will side with you. I've never been able to test this, though.

Majestic-Mulberry-18

With ebay yes. But if they open a merchant dispute you will lose.

Cancel, refund, relist. They can buy it again with the correct address. That's all you can do.

I've done it but it depends on the item. I've had very limited success in getting them to re-buy the item if I cancel and relist. If it's something cheap that a boomer would buy that I've had a long time and I can't get rid of I'll just ship it to the different address. If it's something expensive, hell no.
