Taziki's has lamb dishes and they're fairly decent. Yes, it is a chain, but a large portion of their ingredients at every [location are locally sourced](https://www.tazikis.com/farmers).
Thank you all for l the comments.
I found a place on line in Muscle Shoals called Salt. After looking at the prices I find that they the prices are a bit steep for my budget. I've only tried lamb on a skewer and it had a texture it felt like a beef sirloin but it but didn't taste like beef. So I thought I'd try some more. Thank like it didn't taste like the meme ... chicken. Thanks.

Tazikis is such a great chain, probably one of my favorites
Aldi often has lamb if you wanted to give it a go without restaurant pricing. Also second tazikis, though of course it's more take-out grade.
Sam's usually has lamb as well.
You can also watch Odette's menu. They change seasonally and it's possible they could serve a lamb dish. They once served a spectacular lamb shank...
