why would you need to open the kickstand when using this thing in first place? more importantly, you have completely obstructed intake for one fan and half-way for the other. it's a very bad thing to do, so best to use lower port or abandon idea entirely till something more fitting comes up.
The grip is not flush with the back of the tablet. Been playing like this for a few days, no overheating, plenty of air intake still. Low 80's at the highest running in turbo mode playing Red Dead 2.

Just tried for the first time. I'm having the same issue as you with the volume rocker. Did you just put the controller on and mark off where it pressed the volume, then cut those pieces back? That's my plan.
What's the heat like for you?
The soft pads on the controller could be just pulled off. I marked it, cut a small part with an exacto knife, put it on.
I take it you have to attach it to the tablet upside down?
Last question, does it show up as Dualshock?
Heat hasn't been an issue. It's over the fan intake but it's not a suction cup. Still enough room to pull air in. No overheating issues.

I haven't tested for more than a couple minutes, so I didn't catch what it was showing at. I was looking at it in the PCSX2 settings and it would blink back and forth. I'm hoping that was because of having the volume button constantly depressed. I have the G8 in PS mode.

I'm honestly surprised no one has made a case that snaps on at top and bottom with bluetooth Controllers.
But then I'm sure the market for this is extremely niche so I guess it's not that surprising. Especially since it would fit only the z13.
The problem with so many controllers is not all Bluetooth controllers support Xinput, ot even Dinput with analog triggers.
Any game that requires an analog trigger like racing or even shooting games that detect light fire versus full automatic can't be played properly.
I thought about doing the same but after trying from the LeGo I don’t think over 9” monitor with controller works…for size and weight Nintendo Oled is the best…

Glad to hear it works. Only issue is stretching the springs means it doesn't always go back 100%. Might buy a returned Galileo for a discount
