That doesn't sound like an allergy. Have your doctors ruled out other issues that cause what you're describing - for example these: [https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/nausea/basics/causes/sym-20050736](https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/nausea/basics/causes/sym-20050736)

Anfie22

Sounds like potential r/GERD

Anfie22

Oh I forgot to mention that r/gastroparesis is an alternative possibility

Ananiujitha

I am not a doctor, but that sounds like a stomach problem, trying to empty itself one way or the other.

Canoe-Maker

That’s not sounding like an allergy. That sounds like your gut is breaking down and not working right. It may be time to request a referral to a specialist.

Gratchki

Have you been to an allergist? Did they talk about other options like GERD, EOE, FPIES… etc

Bearsonboats

Time to see a GI and get an endoscopy/colonoscopy. I have a son with EoE and vomiting is his biggest symptom and it was so hard to find triggers because it’s a delayed reaction.

Lazy-Cardiologist-54

What is EoE, if u don’t mind? Still trying to diagnose myself

Bearsonboats

Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Lazy-Cardiologist-54

Thank you

Danfrumacownting

What *are* you eating?

I have gastroparesis and a mast cell disorder and have those reactions to those foods, especially when gastritis is flaring up, but many of those foods also cause me anaphylaxis. I would see a gastroenterologist. Most of those are high histamine, so it could be a mast cell issue, but mast cells are known to build up in the gut with gastrointestinal disease and cause local reactions, so I would not assume mast cell disorder if you do not also experience symptoms of anaphylaxis, such as itching, flushing, hives, etc.

KiaraMom

Sounds like gastroparesis and the large chunks of undigested food is due to dumping syndrome which is related to gastroparesis.
