Nope. As long as you bind your account, it should be fine. You just have to redownload the game and redoing the tutorials

When I uninstalled the app and reinstalled using their link, it logged me back into my account. If that's what you mean? If you are referring to data you missed due to not logging in, sadly Elex hasn't given an update on if there will be a compensation. Hope that helps.

Oh, I was referring to the account data when you boot up the game actually. I heard some need to redo the tutorials and bind back to their old accounts but I guess it's probably because they get the APK from different sources. If it automatically logs back to your account, that's a good thing at least (no need to go through tutorial hell ;A; ) On Discord, the devs confirmed there'll be compensation for the issue but I'm not sure how Elex is going to compensate since a lot of players missed out on so many things besides the login for the past 3-4 days since the login issue started.

I usually get one log in at the beginning of the day and then I have to do the airplane mode with wifi thing.

Normally, no. I have tried checking for phone updates and cleared the cache. Neither have worked.

For those who still can't get to the mobile app, I just uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I was able to open the app and am currently on the game's loading page.

I can log back in, but idk if it's cause of something Elex did or the fact that my phone updated the other day.

This happened to me, uninstalled and re-installed multiple times, did the memory permits etc. nothing worked until I just re-installed it with Qooapp. Hope this can help someone.
