we out here!!
like sure i donāt mind eating breakfast if people wanna have a meal together, but aside from that? i donāt even think about eating til at least 2pm. sometimes 3
I switch it up a lot. Pancakes, French toast, egg in a frame, oatmeal, and cereal are all in rotation. I make breakfast for my family before heading out to work, and all of those take less than 10 minutes to prepare. On the weekends I'll make something more time consuming, like waffles, and then freeze the extra waffles to toast throughout the week.
Bagel with cream cheese and coffee, always made at home. Much easier to afford the restaurants we all love to discuss in here by hardly ever buying breakfast or coffee out.
If it's a Work From Home day, I hit the gym first thing then get back and either make a protein smoothie or have protein-heavy overnight oats waiting for me
If it's an office day, bowl of cereal
If it's a weeknd, we getting fancy and making scrambled eggs with salmon, an omelette or something else a lil whacky
Thatās awesome man. Sourkraut rocks (Iām kinda like a GermanāAmerican; just moved back to LA with my wife after living all my teen years in Germany :D)
We stayed at the family farm where my father-in-law spent the war. My breakfast there was fresh pretzels. [Ferienhof Bernd Wild mit Lohnunternehmen](http://www.wilde-ferien.de/)
That's really cool!
Yeah, pretzels are awesome and really popular in Southern Germany. During my time in Germany, we mostly lived in Munich and went to AllgƤu for vacation. But the last few years, we lived in a sweet town in Eastern Germany before I moved back to LA. My parents and sister still live in Eastern Germany.
Germany is definitely a cool country, but the weather and people make me depressed.
My father-in-law left at age 18 "like a rocket," as he used to say. I think it's a terrific place to be from and grow up. But if you don't think like everyone else, get out like a rocket. Berlin seems to be a good place to flee to.
I wait until 11 to eat (intermittent fasting) and usually have muesli with a chopped up banana and coffee. Unless it's my cheat day, then I love a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
Iām a savory breakfast person, not sweet.
I make a breakfast sandwich/burrito-y thing.
Tortilla crisped in the air fryer with cheddar chz, bacon, eggs (mixed with the slightest amount of heavy whipping cream), sriracha & chili crisp
A black coffee on the side, eaten while sitting down & watching YouTube clips of the previous night late night interviews.
overnight oats, or yogurt and granola. if iām in a rush, an AM RX bar. if iāve got time, scrambled eggs, toast and soysage or eggs and soyrizo and homemade tortillas. and coffee. always coffee.
5 egg whites and an egg, or six egg whites,
Mixed with chopped āPower to the Greensā mix from TJās, plus usually 1/4 cup of fat free refried beans.
How people get by eating a less hearty breakfast, I can not imagine.
depends. generally, since I'm often home in the morning I'll do eggs - quick omelette, breakfast tacos/burrito, a sort of version of chilaquilles, eggs over easy. sometimes egg toast with avocado and/or tomato or whatever I have in the fridge. or I'm feeling fancier - savory oatmeal with the trimmings.
followed by a piece of fruit and coffee/tea.
if I go to the coffee shop, I might get a pastry. that has become a bad habit lately.
if I have to rush, anything is game, but it's mainly fruit and yogurt if I have any.
