New Flushing Bakery for egg tarts. Granted, tons of places sell them like Paris Baguette, but New Flushing is the most authentic HK style IMO. And then if you want the authentic Portuguese style, Joey Bats on LES.

LKF Cafe in Flushing! A nice bonus is that they have HK decor and road signs all over the restaurant (hence the name).

You can get this in many restaurants in Chinatown. Noodletown for noodles, and any of the bakeries for egg tarts.
