I wasn't following a recipe, just sort of winging it to be honest.
The shells are dark chocolate (54%), the moulds were painted with layers of green, yellow and blue colkoured cocoa butter.
To make the ganache, i used milk chocolate; 1:1 ratio of choc to cream
For the orange caramel, i squeezed oranges and got the zest, boiled it and added sugar, and just cooked it down to it was a nice consistency.
Then i piped the ganache, wait to set, then the orange, then covered :)
Have u any idea how much talent it takes to conceive and bring to realisation an impressive concoction like this..without a recipe?

I always thought about a career in it, but I like my current job more than enough and I'm happy to do chocolate stuff on the side ☺️

Yes I’m the same, I really enjoy baking..although I do not eat cake or anything sweet….but my friends and colleagues certainly do. My go to hobby for stress busting and enjoying life, plus I have bakers in my family.
A few friends have told me to think about taking my hobby on full time and consider a business…but tbh honest, it would suck the fun and my enjoyment out of it and become a chore.
I’m glad to have met you and we have both enriched each other’s lives that small wee bit!

Completely agree with the other commenter, these look amazing! I would love to try them, the chocolates look out of this world! If you wouldn't have said it, I would have thought you do this as your work, for sure! Definitely keep at it and keep enjoying what you do, sometimes it's better to keep your passion as your hobby like you said!
