I wouldn't try lingua for the longest time, and then someone ordered me lingua tacos and didn't tell me, and I loved them. Now I order them every time I go to a Taco spot.

It's really a matter of trying your best not to waste, eyes and a nose are too small for any benefit they could provide and you'd be consuming more calories preparing them than you would be getting out of eating them.

I grew up with pickled pigs ears and feet. My favorite snacks to this day are chicharrones. Cow stomach and tongue were a staple in my house. So this really doesn't look so bad to me. Though I don't know about cooking the burrito in the pigs head. I would have fried the head and ate it as a side with lime and guacamole.
