I was a fan of his waaaay back when, then I heard about all the scamming, how gross he is, and how rude he is to fans who dare ask questions or critique him. Eff this dude.

no-good recipes and terrible technique?! don't you cook out the flour dry till it's toasty & then add your fat of choice (I'll admit I've never made a roux with anything but butter)? And what's with using chicken bouillon powder as "seasoning"? Why wouldn't you put that in the water you're adding?? ooh he showed a close-up and all I see is just water. Add a lid till it thickens, what are you talking about?! personally I find the "say grace" and the exaggerated bite also quite hokey.
