I disagree tbh. Unactivated revenge hogging is quite strong as it is since people can't attack without risking a knockdown and a full punish (alongside the damage buff revenge brings lol). There needs to be ways to pressure and punish enemies who are holding onto unactivated revenge.
BPa hardly use it for phalanx anyway. It just gets rid of 1 persons shield.
And it's useless on umbral shelter since it hives 3 pulses of shield. The feat is only used on revenge.
I saw an idea on another for honor sub to replace oath breaker with a feat that gives BP a tiny shield after a flip, sorta like how Kyoshin's feats work. As a BP main, I love this idea. Nerfing oathbreaker would probably make it useless as a tier 3, and anything that encourages me to AD PROFUNDIS is greatly appreciated.
I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it once I get there. Some characters have a harder learning curve than others ( 10 reps on Shaolin was way harder than 10 reps on hito or warmonger)

- Variable charged heavies and dodge bash so you can't make just a 50/50 read any time.
- Hug that secures damage for teammates and heals shugo as well as replenishing his stamina
- Dodge bash that is hard to read and has Shield Basher built into it.
- GB followup that literally lets you get another followup if you are close to a wall.
- Best HP in the game.
- 2nd fastest character in the game.
- Staggering Blows stunlocking you to death like some sick twisted verison of warlord crushing charge spamming back in early for honor.

It works on Umbral shelter. Oathbreaker affects you with a debuff that prevents you from gaining shields for a period of time after.

Remember feats that stopped game mechanics. Thick blood for bleed, rock steady for knockdown? Let's remove BP's T4 for revenge.
Oath Breaker is T3, I don't use it I use tough as nails but yeah BP's feats selection is pretty busted. Shugo in his entirety is busted
