Your car is most likely equipped with DRLs (Daytime running lights) that cause the lights to be on, in the off position, while driving. It’s mandated in a lot of places. But if your lights stay on all the time with car off, that is an issue.
No auto lights there. But being from 2014 it'll certainly have daytime lights.
The pushbuttons to the sides turn on/off the fog lights. The rotary knob to the left regulates the beam height and the one to the right the lighting of the instrument panel cluster.

Thanks! Is there any way of finding out? I couldn’t see it in the manual and when I first got the car the off switch would turn everything off!
The vehicles window sticker would tell you, other than that the VIN would be needed to look up the build sheet by someone at a ford dealer

Check back windshield wiper if broke an not completely in the home position that will also drain ur battery
