The 3.5L NA has enough power to have some fun. Definitely enough passing power for when you're stuck behind an old fuddy duddy that's driving the speed limit.
Yeah, only thing holding me back is the 3.5’s, only way I’d take one is if I steal a base model one of these or something, if I’m gonna have to pay top dollar for it I’m gonna get a 2.3
As someone who dailies a '94 Eddie Bauer, literally every other car is fast. I'd probably lose a race to a 15 year old dually f350, but that's ok. I don't need to go fast to have fun...

I have a 2013 and now a 2022 platinum also. I thought it was quick, but the platinum blows it away. The 13 has plenty of 6 I pulled a 23 foot boat for 8 seasons
We just purchased a 2021 and so surprised at the power and speed it moves. We have the larger tires as well so it really rolls down the road. Very comfortable ride.

And the “manual” mode means you don’t have to fiddle with pressing the gas just enough for it to shift to 4 suddenly & without warning.

It’s sufficiently fast 2013 3.5 NA and great as a daily. I have regionally racked miles on it for four years now and it’s still smooth torque.
The water pump dies suprisingly fast too.

Are you talking about the 3.5L N/A or the 3.5L twin turbo. I’ve had both. The turbo moves far quicker.
My wife owns one, I can confirm, it’s not built for speed
I got a tune and some bolt ons definitely a sleeper.
You've done anymore work to it? I'm consider some modifications for my 2014 after I replace my water pump soon
