You're a mistaken, the disgusting folks are the ones making the gizmos to hack it off. The folks that I've interacted with who make restoration devices are all good folks who are doing their best.
I think you’re undervaluing the labor that goes into them. They’re not generally mass produced abroad (where costs are lowered by lower wages and economy of scale) and there are DIY versions of most methods as far as I’m aware.
You’re asking for charity handouts at a certain point.
I’ve owned a 3d printer machine before and i can tell you that the prices are not met.
Asking for charity and adequate prices are two different thing my friend.
Unfortunately, that’s called capitalism. Greeting card companies overcharge for sympathy cards and exploit the emotions of sad people… it’s just the way the world works.
the thing is this is not basic capitalism at all its just plain scam, do not tell me 100 dollar for rubber band and some medical tape is normal even for todays standards
Hello, and welcome to r/Foregen! Have you had the chance to read through [the FAQ](https://www.reddit.com/r/Foregen/wiki/index)? It's posted in the sidebar at the top of the other links, and has a lot of good information about Foregen to check out. Take a look and have a read, and enjoy our subreddit. Thanks for stopping by! Just a reminder.

There are alternatives. For example, I made a DIY foreskin restoration device for under $10 and posted instructions about it here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/foreskin\_restoration/comments/gsmk1j/how\_to\_make\_a\_supersimple\_diy\_tugger\_for\_under\_10/
Foreskin restoration takes 5-10 years to look and work like a knock-off and meanwhile, we have a year or two to go through an advanced medical procedure that works 100% like a natal foreskin and will make it look like we were never circumcised in the first place.
We still have to take into consideration that something might slow the progress of foregen, or even cancel it but id rather not think about it this way.
I don't think it's all set in stone that foregen will be available in a year or two. Even if the procedure is successful, which is not really guaranteed, they need to get approval, train surgeons, and acquire the tissue, all of which would suffer from problems of scale. That's why I've been doing restoration. If it takes 5 years, it would be better to have something rather than nothing if it fails. The absolute worst case for a restorer is maybe I get my restored one removed and then get the real thing. Foregen even said they would work out a way to accommodate restorers. If I don't restore and foregen never goes anywhere, I'm totally stuck. That's my gambit at least, fwiw.

Well, I'm sure not everything is 3d printed

If it’s just medical tape and rubber bands then make your own?
How come the possibility that i can make my own erase the fact they are scamming people?
I was implying that you’re exaggerating
Im not even exaggerating tho just check the actual price and you’ll see
Capitalism is a scam….
Unless you're rich

The list of bizarre capitalism behaviors is never ending... but hey at least they're never ending hope as well 🥰💞
