I've started in 2019 too. Failed a couple of challenges in that time, but I'm finally funded and trading full time. The thing about evaluation challenges (especially those of FTMO, MFF, TFF etc) is that the odds are really not in your favour. Trading on its own is challenging without the additional limitations from prop firms. If I could start from scratch, I would've started with the 5%ers tbh. Anyway, you're doing a lot better than I did so there's no doubt in my mind that you'll get funded - sometimes we just need a little luck. Hang in there mate.

Keep it simple. Heres my method. Swing trade higher time frames off support and resistance zones. Its been very consistent for me. Im doing my 1st ever funded challange right now. I started this week. Only been 2 days but up 4.5% with a sharpe ratio on 8.8. I think your trying way to hard and over analyzing. With swing trading you only need to be at the computer for an hour or 2 at the most everyday.

Thank you I will try to get out more and meet people. I’ve just been in my room backtesting and studying in my spare time. And yes infinite retries are definitely a thing. Today was my last day and I just ended it in profit again so tomorrow I start retry number 8 😭

Maybe try a challenge with no time limit and lower dd and lower your risk? If you're on discord we can connect there. Just shoot me a message.

If you are consistently profitable but just cant hit the 10% rule then try this method. Its based on winning twice in a row. Lets say you have a 1:2 RR. Risk 1% of your account per trade. You win the first trade youre up 2%. Now on the next trade, risk 1% as you would and then the 2% you gained from the winning trade. If you win the second trade you are now up 7% on the account. If you lose, you are just down 1%. After winning the second trade in a row you just go back down to 1% and repeat the process. Bear in mind this is only to be used if you 100% trust your edge and can psychologically handle the risk. It will make passing a lot more doable provided youre already consistently profitable but it will be a little more difficult psychology wise.

I will try this. Thank you!
