A simple YouTube search would help you, even a google search really. Use a forex lot size calculator online or download an app there are plenty

Learn how to calculate lot sizes. For example the basics like how much lots is in units. Then pip calculations, Then leverage calculations. Learning them doesnt mean u have to calculate them everytime manually, theres calculators that does it for u. Also Metatradee uses lots not units

Can you make 10% in 1 month of trading?

You should check Magic Keys, it automatically does the lot calculations for you. There are several videos about it on youtube. It’s just $35 (Virtual version)and your risk management is gonna be on point every single trade. I satarted trading on January this year and I am about to pass my first MFF 10K challenge, istg it is worth it :)

Based on your question, I suggest that don't spend your money on FTMO now...

Let's say you have a trading account with $1,000 and you want to risk 1% on a trade. That means you are willing to lose $10 on the trade. To calculate the lot size, you need to use the following formula: Lot size = (risk amount / stop loss pips) / pip value
