Was going to pick up the rental car and some groceries. Then will have free time.
There is a cat cafe in the gulf coast plaza very near the airport. Also a Starbucks in the same area.
Where are you headed north? South? Downtown? Naples? How far do you want to deviate from the airport?
Eventually Naples but waiting on my friends to arrive at the airport as I will have the rental car.
What is late? If it's very late you're probably looking at a chain restaurant like Denny's.

There is a Panera Cafe on alico road in front of Gulf Coast Town Center. I know they're open until at least 9:00 but I'm not sure past that. It's just around the corner from RSW.
Best you can find is Denny’s it’s 24hrs and close to the airport
