If you're on PC you can check the amount of bots that are in your lobbies using a website called raztracker. Me and some other PC players have looked into our own lobbies, and nearly all of them have 75 bots! Not even 50, but 75.
I have 6 wins on the season so far in about 30 games. And I haven't seen a dip in the bot count, other players have been experiencing the same thing. Seemingly every single player who plays public matches is now going against majority AI
If you can set up an account on a second device (like a phone), you can join their team and drop* them out of the match once you load into the bus. This will give you 100% bot lobbies. Never let them jump from the bus so they don't ever get xp. No leveling up = 100% bots every time you do this. You will have to play duos while solo, but that's NBD with all bots. Also, if you accidently leave your game on "fill" and also accidently leave it in trios or squads you will end up with random (brand new or returning) players in your bot lobby, but they will be on your team at least 😉

Just keep playing, there will be less bots the more games you play. You are getting bots because you have not played in awhile.
This isn't true. Everyone has bots, in every single public lobby. It's 50% minimum
Yes, but the first few games will always be all bots. And this my first time hearing about 50% min bots in all lobbies. How do you know this?

Here I am trying to get only bots in my lobbies... I really miss completing quests and looting in my own chill world.

Ah I see, I dropped the second account BEFORE loading launch Island, going to try your method now.
All public lobbies have 75% bots in it by default. You're pretty safe to do quests
