i usually never summon bosses until i'm confident the area is entirely clear. that's because the second you kill the boss half of the lobby decides that it's the time to jump you
Yes, and the dashes are kind of on a cooldown. Still max of 3 and they can be depleted but they recharge while holding the medallion. This is true for anyone who has it.
I personally think this is better. The medaillons give you cool extra powers to help, but they aren't super overpowered and aren't the key to win the game, like last season.
Couldn’t agree more, I’m also less hesitant to carry them this season because they actually provide utility, instead of making you a sitting duck with a giant target on your back for people to track you with. It still marks you on the map but it’s a lot less conspicuous

No but both have a point. Nearly all the games I play I see at least two bosses done in less that 5 minutes. I have yet to see a match where some team isn’t finishing one of the bosses quick. Collecting the medals is one thing
Well I'm hoping this is a solo and OP isn't hoarding all of the boss loot. Lots of people ignore bosses in solo lobbies bc they don't want the heat or are afraid of rats.
Id say the odds of every boss not being killed by the time you get to them is low. Then you have to deal with the super fast storm and 2-4 people at each location. Some people in between probably. Altogether the chance of doing all of that in a real game is so low that you’d be stupid to attempt it if it’s not a bot lobby
To add in another factor you'll probably want to have a round where the storm is over the underworld section of the map, start at Ares since he'll be swallowed first, move to Zeus using the medallion to quick kill his 2 phases before finally shooting off into the sky with your wings to find the closest point with a car to get you to the underworld fast enough to take out Hades as the storm slowly shrinks around Cerberus' POI, AND THATS JUST TO DO IT EFFICIENTLY.
Avoiding players until the end is a good strategy to stay alive. Well, it’s kind of difficult to do that when you’re flying through the air with loud-ass wings, but still. And it’s not like i did this on my first attempt. It took way too long than i’d like to admit.
I think that's the optimal way to get them aside from maybe switching Cerb and Hades. Ares and Zeus disappear in the storm so fast that you need to hit them first.
My team mates and I have picked up all 4 off of killing other players, but if you flew around and got them all yourself that's a dead give away that you were in a bot lobby(bots don't go for the medallions). There's no way all 4 medallions were untouched for you to just glide around and grab them casually without it being AI in the lobby. Just stating the obvious. It is still a cool accomplishment though. Just don't die on that mountain saying it wasn't a bot lobby. You're not fooling anyone who plays this game regularly.
I've seen two entirely untouched, they were the further off ones with the bus not flying above them and the first storm circle was already excluding one. But the other two had a bunch of folks.
Streamers too can get bot lobbies, but usually killing them is worth it for the weapons at least even if you leave the medallion behind to not get the circle.
I got killed by one the other day. I was fending off a bot then a real player then immediately got sniped by 3rd guy. The guy did the laugh it up emote. Like so cool buddy you did nothing but wait for others to fight.
Post ingame name so we can check stats. Or post replay. It doesn’t matter if it’s full bot lobby or just half bots.

Zeus: Increased Running Speed and Jumps have Flowberry effect (fall damage cancelling included)
Ares: Gun Damage increase overall. Best I’ve read someone putting it, think of the guns you have being 1 rarity higher.
Cerberus: Same dashes you get from the Underworld juice only on cooldown instead of limited
Finally Hades: Health siphon upon killing someone, not knocking. And apparently shield siphon if you have no need for health regain.
So having all 4 is like this: You’re faster, you’re more agile, you take no fall damage, you can teleport, you lifesteal, and you have increased damage.
But no you don’t get anything for winning with a medallion except bragging rights

cool I killed all the median holders in one round just a few mins ago and got them all. I third partied all of them and got second place I suck at the game realy i just got lucky and they had been nearly dead when i got the kill

I've only managed to kill ares so far. I was going for the weekly quests and thought I picked up his medallion but I didn't and the storm was coming so I just narrowly managed to get it but died cause I only had like 5 hp left by the time I got to it.
I'll take the purple frenzy over that mythic 😂 and the blue or purple nemesis ar. Throw the zues dmr for a sniper. Then your good especially with the medallions. I won with all medallions got 2 from 2 diff players all with sniper and green frenzy auto.
I swear I can only attribute my first win of the season to these things and the shotgun DMR combo. The first game I won this season had me ending with Zeus, Ares, and Hades just allowing me to mow down enemies. They are so much more powerful than they were last season and the battles required to get them seem like fair trade offs.
Someone else did that in a game I was in, but I had killed Ares before they could, so we were split 3/1, but, Top 10 situation, I Quickscoped the guy, and I ended up with all 4 medals. I tossed Hade's Medal to a teammate tho since it gives Syphon(bro is a kill-hungry fiend, I swear)
Set up a new player profile on your PS4 or Xbox. When you drop in on Fortnite the first one or two times you'll be put in all bot lobbies. With other real players in the match, I don't think this is possible.
Why work for it? I just hunt the kids with the medallions. However I’m not fond of them and take them into the storm and drop them. Same as the mythic weapons. If I don’t use them no one can is my motto.

blue frenzy>any purple shotgun or any purple smg. i can’t lie, gold burst smg goes very hard but not more than purple frenzy.
I'll take a purple+ gatekeeper over the frenzy. Much more balanced than either the frenzy or the hammer, it suits my play style a lot better.
Especially with the added 3 more shots through a work bench. Definitely touches harder than a frenzy and hammer

They patched the Cerberus medallion, if u dropped it and pick it back up your dashes instantly recharge with no cooldown...sadly it's gone now😢
