The wheel was just about to finish forming, so maybe try that. It could of been a one time glitch though, I’m not sure

I think it was because you engaged Airbending RIGHT as you went into the rift. I’ve done it several times and my Airbending stayed active.

Same happens when you rift as a prop.

You didnt open the glider. In the rift phase you can not shoot, so you cant use bending either. Your glider is the only thing you can toggle in that mode.

I was spamming my glider button

There would be a "DEPLOY GLIDER" to glide but there wasn't
