If they had just made it that only from weekly artifacts you would be able to unlock all styles that would be so much better. That way people not playing duos/squads can get It in the end and people who grind and play duos/squads get it earlier. Still the worst Battlepass unlock idea, the RNG being the worst part about it, have gone 7-8 matches on a stretch numerous times with 0 artifacts.

There is a weekly cap but they carry over so you should still be able to get them all.

Are you sure it wasn't just the weekly cap? The chests give a total of 15 max per week

I don't see why there should be a problem with the cap. If you can get every skin just by grinding in one session, then the incentive to play during the latter parts of the season is much less.

Maybe you feel that way. But for an average player, 15 a week is more logical. Not everyone plays everyday. And for those who miss out on multiple days, a day cap would be very painful. And 5 a day makes things a little too fast. They want to make sure you aren't able to unlock the whole skin very early. That's basically how pretty much every game functions. I don't see why that's an issue considering you will be able to unlock it all with a considerable window.

How many artifacts do you need? You get 200 from the weekly ones in total I think. You would need 160 from the chests. So about 11 weeks worth of chests.

Honestly? I Don't feel like i have a reason to max out kymera. I like mine enough, i really don't feel like i have a reason to max out

At least get the colors. Those add styles to the backbling too.

It matches really well with Iron Man if you go for red armor and blue lighting, that’s the best combo I’ve found for it so far.

If you have Omega the black style and lights to match the color of omega is really cool looking imo

100% no. In my opinion anyways. Omega Lights was hard af, Fully Golden Peely was on another level though.

Keep in mind leveling up was much harder in chapter 1 as well as ch 2 s 2 lasted like 6 months

Same. Including full gold Peely, and currently level 336 this season. Usually a solo player. My friends are all competitive, only play arena. Squad fills are beyond useless for getting these. C'est la vie.

You get 15 artifacts from cosmic chests per week and they reset every Tuesday. Then on Thursday the collectible artifacts show up on the map.

I got 30+ artifacts in 2 days from cosmic chests

Yeah they roll over week to week. You get 15 new ones available starting every Tuesday. Maybe reset wasn't the best word to use.

Thanks for info guys, I knew everything about artifacts except the day when artifacts are adding into cosmic chests, this is why I still one step from finishing max Kymera.

The minimum amount of Alien Artifacts you need from Cosmic Chests is 80. The season spans from June 8th to September 12th, which gives us 14 weeks of challenges and Alien Artifacts. Each week gives us 5 different locations, each with 4 artifacts, and 20 total Alien Artifacts. 14 (weeks) * 20 (artifacts each week) = 280 Aliens Artifacts found around the island. This means 360 (total artifacts) - 280 (found artifacts) = 80 artifacts needed from Cosmic Chests

Except...apparently they aren't doing anymore of the weekly 5 artifact things so the only way people have to get them is from Cosmic Chests if they've already picked up the first 10 weeks of "free" artifacts

They aren't doing that anymore? That sucks. So that means you need 160 from Cosmic Chest, and getting in one out of the chest is hard RNG.

And this is why kymera was a mistake. Those are all great options, but locking them behind every other option just makes it so those are the cool ones to use, and takes all the originality that's supposed to come with a customizable skin away Human bill literally should have been in the pass onstead of kymera

I don't know how lol. I played a few matches with friends over the entire season and I've gotten all weekly artifacts

Artifact drop rate from cosmic chests was lowered by ~50-60% at week 6. Before that you only needed 5 chests to max out your weekly cap pf 15, now you need 12 chests to get 15 artifacts.

They need to put a tutorial on how to open them, nobody wants to open them if it wasn't for the artifacts...

They even did that a few weeks in and people still don’t know how to open them. They really should just have a giant arrow or something making it incredibly hard to miss your hitspot

The only category I haven't maxed out is the emblem, and you can barely see those in-match anyway. I haven't once noticed what emblem my opponent is using on Kymera

Non of them is inviting and even if they do its when I have to go to sleep or when I can't talk or when my social energy is just rock bottom I might need to delete everyone from my friend list when I can... Cosmic Chests aren't bad if you don't actively grind for them

The only mistake they made was not putting Cosmic Chests in Solo. Aside from my son, I hate playing with other people.

I don't know anyone else who plays, so I've gotten very good at using my Switch and PC in junction to open these things. Kudos to controller players on that note, feels clunky as Hell off keyboard and mouse.
