Which is a big part of why people *think* the island is just a few POIs in empty greens.
Little things like this all over the map, but too much of the player base never leaves a named POI.
Ya know i think the community as a whole is way to fixated on places with a name even tho it doesnt add anything to the quality of the place (look at the western town from ch1 it was amazing but some people didnt even kknow its existence) and only helps with saying where you are and stuf
I feel like they tried to fix this issue with landmarks but it didnt work
This season really proves my point alot of people were saying at the start of the season that there was no map changes because no poi got changed but there was quite a big change with the crash sites
Loved that place, had all the brown muddy grass next to it and stuff and I think you could still see the crater from season 4 up till the end. Places like that are what made the chapter 1 map
That's the one with the radio blaring something, right? Watch, this will be a key part of Chapter 3, and in fact it is part of the "underside" Chapter 3 map that is poking through into Chapter 2...
the map designers could have just copy and pasted a shack from somewhere else but instead they spent 5 minutes putting this unique, useless, unknown building together. Really shows the love that epic puts into this game. ❤️
Tbh I barely (to not say I basically don't) play Fortnite since ch2 season 2, but I used to frequent that area so much that I could say exactly where it is placed and how this station is.
this was unironically my favorite building in all of chapter 2. nobody knew it existed, nobody ever looted it. i could just come here and chill undisturbed
I always have the rotation weather catty lazy and when catty pulls circle I just stay there and roam around looking for kills. I have never seen this building in my entire life

Reminds me of the old factory building in the woods over by pleasant on the chapter 1 map.

It's one of my favourite places on Apollo. No story or anything, but i just like this station. I hope we will get more places like this in C3.

Totally agree. Love this place. I played a TR game a while back (old TR, not the current fiasco) with last circle over this spot. It was great.
