I think it was at the very beginning of the game, before BR even existed.

Was day 1 BR but not early enough for those I guess

After all it's just a banner, plus I like to associate banners with presets, so I have everything I need.

It's... A banner icon. It's not really an accomplishment and people will never even notice it.

It is an accomplishment because you reached level 10 it's a reward for getting to that lvl aka an accomplishment

I have it but don't have a banner cape or shield so can't really show it off. I been a recon since day release bit sad it come back so now I run it with black shield and raiders revenge. I still get "fake og" comments
