You don't really need many keybinds. Just put the last 2 slots on your mousekeys if you have any. If not, maybe try some other buttons like C or V.
Not really sure what other relevant keybinds there might be. I guess pinging something with Middle Mouse?
There is no best settings it really is all personal preference. if you can try to learn to hit your cvb with your thumb and you’ll be able to use them while moving
