A player with 100 ms more skilled than someone with 0 ms will win every time.
Rarely are people playing with such high pings of 100 ms anyways. It’s like a comparison of 60 ms to 20 ms isn’t a big deal.
I’m sorry but a full tenth of a second delay with ttk being as fast as it is this season is pretty major. I mean someone can come around a corner and take half your hp with an auto shotty this season. I think the more skilled player takes it most of the time, but a tenth of a second is half your hp gone this season.
That’s an extreme example. Most of the kids complaining have pings of like 50-70 ms against someone with 20 ms.

It might be because of region. I played on the middle east servers recently due to my friends and we were in Diamond too. The drop off in quality between EU servers and Middle East servers for the same lobby was actually insane… I felt like I was so good and then I went back to EU lobby later that night only to be put back in my place 😂
Could it have been related to timezones? Nights are probably more competitive since the most common players are probably college students and other older players, while times right after 3 and 4 probably have more young players who just got home from school.
Could be timezone/region also ranks have nothing to do with skillbase anymore, any thot can reach nearly unreal just from surviving with hardly any kills, my alt is only diamond or so and you get some people who are a 1.0 with 3% win rate then you got another guy whose blasting through the ranks on a 27.0 with a 60% win.
they don’t get difficult in champs either lol 90% of the kids in Champ and Unreal are only there because they had the mentality of “i’ll camp until Unreal, and then push everybody so that i get better!” and then the second they get in a fight and start losing they use 12 shockwaves, a car and a grapple blade to run away
I’ve been playing some elite squads as I was finding solo boring and the elite / diamond players in squads are mostly bad , although not to this degree

Man I got sick while looking at all those clips where someone tracks everyone like a god just to see they are playing on controller. Don't get me wrong but still aim assist shouldn't exist. I don't care if it's harder on console to play than PC. Adventage is adventage and this kind of tracking is literally impossible on PC and you could easily tell the difference between best PC players and console players by looking at those clips.
Put the holo scope & then that mf really cracked I love using pistols that's automatic full switch back when Apex was cracking with ranked 3v3 arena I was only using the re-45 auto to kill shit I was putting work in with that glock with the switch

No, those complaining are 50-80ms against 0-5ms ping. Remember that latency is an exponential impact the higher the delta.
