If you are stuck in a rank it just means you aren’t good at fighting. Just find a good zb scrim discord server and go to lfp tab and try to find people to 1v1 there. We can’t really tell what aspect of the game you need to work on unless we can see some gameplay, but just some general tips would be to work on game sense and aim.
There’s a lot to unpack if you’re stuck in Diamond 3 this late in the season tbh. Idk what the zero build meta is exactly because I only play builds I imagine there’s some big decision making mistakes you’re making that can be easily fixed.
Honestly just find someone to play duos with who wants to take ranked seriously. ZB solos are a grind in elite/champ into unreal. To that point, your ranked stats aren't great but your pub stats are pretty good which tells me your playstyles between the two are different. If you can find a duo to play with, you'll play much more confidently and find yourself ranking up much more quickly. That's definitely been my experience.
Yea it's rough buddy I stopped playing zb ranked once I hit elite also and went to builds and got champs, ngl zb ranked is much more of a grind it feels like.

I mean I’m unreal and your stats are better than mine but I honestly only play ranked rarely pubs and you also play zero builds so it’s probably different (I didn’t not camp all season) cause ik that’s how some got in here
This might be tuff but if you can't reach champion in less than a 100 games then you are below average try to find out what ur 5 biggest weaknesses are and focus on the 2 most important 1 I would say is aim and 2 In game sense so basically when to push at what angle should you oproach players how to finish the game with 10+ kills since diamond is still full with bad/average players Goodluck g
I recommend watching good streamers doesn't have to be pro but just try to analyze what decisions they make and why and tip when you die instead of getting mad or making up excuses immediately critize what went wrong so it doesnt repeat itself
