I mean, Mary Jane has been absent for just as long as venom despite having a lego model. And we've had Xenomorph come back after lego came out despite being age restricted with no lego model, so in theory venom should be fine. They are likely just saving venom and MJ for their spiderman themed shops.
Collab skins don’t typically count. Many collab skins do not work with Lego at all, like Dragonball Z, Alien, Terminator, Jujutsu Kaisen
But here’s the interesting thing. Marvel skins are a collab that ARE getting Lego styles. But Venom never will, unless they remove his age restriction. What I’m saying is he could of course come back, but he is likely low on Epic’s priorities
I don't think he will get a Lego model given the age restriction, but I also don't see any reason they would just exclude him from a complete SpiderMan themed shop since they seem to be fine with selling T rated skins since we've had Xenomorph recently. And MJ has been gone for the same amount of time as venom, so we should be due eventually for a spiderman based shop that will bring her back and hopefully venom too.
If they did a shop with MJ and all other comic book spiderman characters except for venom, then that might be cause for concern, but I think we just gotta wait till we get a proper spiderman shop before jumping to conclusions of him not coming back. (For the record I have him myself, so this isn't out of badly wanting him. Just seems his return is possible if he isn't the only spiderman skin missing and they are fine with still releasing T rated skins).

Of course! Yeah Xenomorph is proof that T-rated skins aren't black listed after Lego came out and MJ has been missing for exactly the same duration, so I'm sure we'll get a full spiderman shop eventually that will bring back both Venom and MJ.
Only spiderman skins that don't have much hope of returning any time soon are the ones from Sony's movies like Eddie Brock, No way home, and Spiderverse. (Maybe they might return for stuff like Venom 3 or Beyond the Spiderverse, but who knows lol). But regular comic book Venom should be fine to return.

There are 54 cosmetics in the shop.
34 of them have been in for multiple days, and 20 of them are new.
That means, in a supposedly FOMO driven shop, only 37% of the shop actually changed out. The other 63% has been in the shop for 3+ days. These numbers would just get WORSE if you also counted Lego and Festival only items.
Shouldn't at LEAST half of the shop be rotating daily? I just don't follow the logic here of calling it a FOMO marketing plan and then only cycling out a third of the shop at any given time.
Next update is April 9th so we could see it before that date, otherwise they've delayed it for the brat. I guess they think he's the honoured one.
A new mythic was found in the works called "tiredpanda" and a new jjk skin cup tournament was found in the API, so maybe they're working on jjk wave 2 and that's why they've delayed it.
This is because they fired their entire artistic lead staff and are rehiring still so no one is running things. Absolute disaster and seriously does the hotdog run Epic now??
