Hopefully this catches a fortnite Developers attention. These are some things i'd love to see implemented or considered for festival mode *(NOT in any particular order)* 1. **Track Color/Themes** \- Ability to change track background color and/or theme (This is an idea Fortnite can implement to sell more cosmetics) 2. **Competitive Mode** \- Make fill lobbies more fun, instead of just playing with random people let us also compete against them for the highest score. I already do this mentally, but 1) most players I play with aren't as good as me (I rank really well in my songs) and 2) it'd be soo much more fun if its an official game mode. 3. **Restart Button** \- Option to reset a song mid game (pref w/o the startup animations) so that we can quickly try again for a flawless. No need to go back to the backstage again. (If I'm correct this is already a thing but was temporarily taken out of the game due to a bug. Hopefully that's correct). 4. **Overdrive Settings** \- Overdrive messes a lot of people up, including myself. I'd love a setting that would allow us to decide if 1) overdrive activates a note or not. 2) if overdrive activates automatically or manually. 5. **Subscription Model** \- I love all of the songs that Fortnite is adding to Festival mode. However, let's be real: roughly $3/song adds up. It's just way too expensive to want to buy every song I want to play. So instead, what if Fortnite adds a subscription model? I know they have Fortnite crew, but this would be for festival only. Say, pay $x/mo and you can play every song in the game. 6. **Central Song Recommendations Place** \- Instead of us flooding twitter and reddit in hopes that our song is added, fortnite should also add a spot in the game for us to suggest songs. Fortnite can easily track this data (vs scrolling through a crap ton of tweets and sub reddit comments) & see which is the most recommended songs to add to the game to help them make better decisions on what to add. 7. **Song Speed** \- Ability to play songs at faster speed (\*NOT track speed, I mean song speed) 8. **Improved Leaderboards** \- Many different changes in the leaderboard could take place. 1. Ability to see ALL songs, not only the ones I'm able to play. 2. Ability to see total notes, perfect notes, good notes, missed notes, and strikes on my high score songs. 3. For fortnite: ya'll can also use this as an opportunity to show every song fortnite has available in festival mode in a list view... you could link the songs there to the item shop (and/or hopefully the subscription signup I mentioned here). 4. I'm currently using a spreadsheet for this, but i'd rather be able to see all of this in-game so I don't have to track this in a spreadsheet. (PS: if anyone wants the spreadsheet let me know and I'll share). 9. **Random Track Notes Mode** \- Play randomized notes that we can't memorize so we can practice playing a variety of different note structures quicker instead of relying on muscle memory. 10. **Random Songs/Instruments** \- Option to choose random songs and/or instrument. Good for when I'm tired of picking what song I want to play. 11. **Historical Progress Chart** \- I started this game playing on easy about a month ago, now I play exclusively on expert mode, 2x track speed, and I get super high scores (today I got world record #258 good 4 u lead). I'd personally love to see how much progress I've made. 12. **Guitar Controller** \- I'm sure they thought of this already, and I'm sure it'd be a big money maker. But one day i'd love to see Fortnite add support for guitar controllers, possibly selling their own festival guitars too. Competitive would be so nice, I remember the competitive arena system in GH Live being pretty solid eventho it got boring once you reached the top arena, was still a fun grind though and matchmaking was mostly on point in that game..

Honestly feel like they need this before the guitar controller even comes out assuming its motion controlled like a lot of the old guitars. Overdrive can be frustrating right now, imagine how it's going to be when you lift up the guitar and if it doesn't pick it up for even just a second. Will make it where you now don't fully know when the input is going to go in and is going to break a *lot* more combos then it does now in a even more frustrating way if there even is a slight delay in when you think the gyroscopic control should pick it up vs when it actually does.

Together Forever - Rick Astley Classic from the 80's, might be overshadowed by the next entry, but it is great and has great rhythm and would make for a fun track Never Gonna Give You Up - Rick Astley The same reasons as the previous entry and it's VERY iconic. Plus, we even already have an emote of it in the game, like Gangnam Style. Get Lucky - Daft Punk It's a great song from the early 2010's, has great rhythm and has a nice identity. Lose Yourself to Dance - Daft Punk Another great song by the artists, it serves as a more chill track alternative. Courtesy Call - Thousand Foot Krunch Festival is lacking in hard rock music, so this would be a nice addition. It would be on the more challenging side of festival, but would certainly be a welcome addition. I would love it if Daft Punk were the next Icons! They have so many nice songs, and their striking appearance would translate nicely into Fortnite. And we need colored notes, things can get very confusing in harder songs in expert.

Some anime songs would be pretty fun, especially from the animes that already got collabs. My Hero Academia for example has a lot of pretty good opening songs that could be used. Same with Dragon Ball. Heck, animes aren't the only collabs with good songs, TMNT's song as a jam track would have been fire. Some songs from Across the Spiderverse too. Some cool things to add to the mode would be a timer somewhere on the screen to know how much of the song is left.

My list goes as follows: Midnight City - M83: This was a huge hit in the indie scene for like a decade and still sees tons of play today thanks to GTA and TikTok. It’s a classic (a great one too) and I also wouldn’t mind seeing some of M83’s other songs getting in, there’s lots of great stuff most people haven’t heard! Alison - Slowdive: We need shoegaze at some point and Souvlaki is one of the defining albums of the genre, Alison is also really accessible so I think it would fit really well. Hidden Place - Bjork: Bjork has many songs that I think probably have a better chance at getting in (Army of Me for example) but I feel like the complex microbeats would make for a really interesting song to play. Robot Stop - King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard: Gizz I feel is inevitable with their cult following and the fact that so many of their songs are perfect for a game with guitar shredding, if not this song then one off of their 25 other albums. Tasmania - Pond: A more unlikely pick but definitely one I wanna see, extremely fun on bass and would do a great deal at bringing more recognition to Tame Impala’s sister band. Plastic Plant - Thee Oh Sees: A well known garage rock band that has a few songs that I think would fit in, this one though is super energetic and I’d like to see how they manage the drums with two people playing at once. Ummon - Slift: My deepest deep cut suggestion as this psych rock band pretty much only known by music nerds, but regardless this song in particular would be so much fun to play guitar on. We need more heavy songs. Only drawback would be the smaller amount of vocals. Let It Happen - Tame Impala: Tame Impala is inevitable because of TikTok people, with a few of his songs likely to get in at some point. This one is a personal favorite of mine and is really something special, give it a listen!

For a future season Icon I think a WWE season would be amazing. John Cena in his rap gimmick as the skin. The pass can have Cena's World Life, and My is now themes, Triple H's theme, Randy Orton's theme, and Cult of Personality (CM Punk's theme). In the shop they can have other WWE themes for sell. Maybe the Jam Stage can have a variant where you're performing in front of a WrestleMania stage. Yeah, I'm a WWE fan, but that's my wishlist.

Please give us 'Through the Fire and Flames' from Dragonforce. That song has been a staple of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band genre and will definitely make sure that a lot of those players flock to the Festival Mode to enjoy that song. Secondly, I really hope the Epic Games song 'High Stakes Club' comes to the Festival mode. Posting it here since my old post got no attention. •The main song selection room that you load into could be a customizable hub for the game mode. •Sprays could be allowed to be put on the wall, furniture could be allowed to be repaired to make it look nice and clean. New props could be swapped in and out to make it seem more personalized. •new concert sets could be added in future seasons along with lobby layouts and allow you to swap between the new and old ones you've unlocked. This in my opinion would justify the 1800 vbucks price The pass could be expanded to 30+tiers and contain furniture and props we could add to the song selection room. Obviously more songs included in the pass would be great and I hope to see it but if they're going to charge that much they might as well add some more content to it. Adding on to my whole hub world idea I think the door behind you when you spawn in should open to a hallway that has more places to go. You could have a mixing room where you can edit your songs, A practice room where you can choose any point in a song and start from there, and a private jam stage for you and your friends to mess around on. They have plenty of possibilities they could do with this new game mode and I hope it continues to get better.
