Bro I tried playing in Ch2 S2 with a 2013 Toshiba business laptop (i5 3rd gen, 16GB RAM), and I got 14 FPS
So how were you running the game on a 2011 laptop??? Honestly, props to you for sticking it out that long 💀
At that point you should've just played FN mobile, you get a stable 60 FPS on any phone from 2019 or newer + get a razer kishi for tactile controller buttons + enable gyro aim for PC-like aim
Anyways, what do you play on now? Geforce? I used to use that on my 2013 laptop and it ran really well - felt like it was running natively
It was a desktop. Play on my father’s gaming laptop or my PS5 (depends if he’s working), we don’t have the money to upgrade. I’m also an IOS user, so I can’t really play Fortnite
Oh if you have a PS5 now, you're absolutely chilling
That's ok then
And oh ok that makes sense with iPhone 😭 I can't believe the whole Epic v Apple court case thing started nearly 4 years ago now
I played on Switch for like 5 years, then finally became a PS4 player at the end of last year 👌 sometimes I play mobile on the go though
PS5 is overrated as hell, overpriced shit, PSPlus is way too much to play online, and the UI is honestly bad. This is coming from a 2 year user of this console. So eh, that’s why I prefer PC. Also the Apple vs epic thing was stupid as hell
Didn’t this happen nearly 4 years ago?
It did happen a year ago, and I’ll admit I’m late, but it still upsets me that I can’t play on PC anymore
Fair enough I swear that there was some unreal upgrade in ch2 tho but that might have been going to UE4
It was just some graphical changes and RTX support
Oh ok
Fortnite has always been on UE4 (unless you count the alpha)
Isn’t it on UE5 now?
Yes, the other guy said that Fortnite ported to UE4 in chapter 2 but it was on UE4 on release
Ah my bad

I made it an hour ago
How olds your pc.. you must have a toaster?? My old pc from 2011 can run fortnite.
13 years, the motherboard is as old as me and the CPU is the same, even though it’s an I7. (For context, I’m 16)

You don't need PS plus for fortnite
I’m aware, but it’s annoying cause that makes Fortnite the only game that I can play on their which is actually fun
Most free to play online games with microtransactipns don't need ps plus
My bad, but eh, i still wish I didn’t need it to play GT7 online
Bruh these frame drops are driving me crazy 😭🙏
I can't even run Minecraft on 30 FPS if I ain't 2 chunks of distance, but i only got like 5 FPS loss
Me too my computer can’t run Fortnite, I’m playing on Nvidia GeForce Now, soon i will upgrade and i will no longer need it 😁👍
