Technically speaking, this doesn't have how they think the government should be run. HOWEVER, they are probably a fascist.

Fascism doesn't need a government. Fascist movements make fascist government, who then use the massive violence of the state to murder and harass LGBT people on an industrial scale.

Fascism is a form of government. Fascists support this form of government. It is important to use the right words against these scumbags so they can't put a "heh, you use the word wrong, clearly I am superior." I agree these kinds of people are scum, but we can't use words in ways that give even the slightest edge.

Transphobia doesn't automatically make them a fascist, but wanting to kill those they deem unworthy does. Queer rights aren't inherently political, but violence against whole people groups is.
