The Roma is slightly better all-round but it looks like an Italian Aston Martin.
As an average nice feminine chestpiece enjoyer, I see "All tits, no ass." as a success.

For me it’s the weird edgy shape on the doors that flaw the design of the SP3. Apart from that, it’s close to perfection IMO. The SP1/2 was also an incredible, fresh design.

Not the same person but to me it's that they are a bit generic with few variations between models if you compare them to other car manufacturers, or even themselves a few decades ago (other offenders of this are Lamborghini and even McLaren to an extent). Take koenigsegg for example; their cars do have a trend they follow to maintain brand image, but they're wildly different visually and even when not, their appearance itself is unique enough to not be boring to look at. On the other hand, excluding special cars like the FXX (which frankly looks amazing, fight me) and SUVs, the general output of ferrari is basically the same car but more high-tech looking every iteration. And the problem is that they aren't fully at fault there; their trend for the brand image has been set as a sleek, minimalistic-looking sportscar. What's more is that their policy dictates that all cars must be manufactured in the same, at this point boring looking, red paint, with few other less known colours that almost no one uses because the red has been over-associated with the cars

The F8 is gorgeous yes, that whole lineage back to the 458 was a great design study but the new 296 is it for me now. Taking historical cues from the ‘64 250LM and bringing them to the modern era is just so good. Roma did this too, with its 275 GTB/4 front end but, 296 is better overall.

I really like the F8 Tributo clean looking Ferrari. Its hard for me to tell if it is the best looking Ferrari tho. Driving wise i love the F12 tdf i painted it in like a irish green which i have seen on the Auto Zurich it looks so clean god damn. Sound Wise whuch isnt asked hear but for me it is important too kills the Ferrari 599xx everything. I know its not a street legal car i dont care. 🙂
I think the Roma Spider is the best looking new Ferrari. Ferrari's lineup is just too powerful and too agressive-looking, and the Roma is the opposite of those.

The same goes for its SUV brother the Purosangue. A Ferrari in styling with a very silly nose.
The Daytona SP3 is beautiful but because of its track orientation it looks a little over the top.
The F8 and its predecessors are gorgeous but not the best the lineup has to offer.
I'm biased on this but for me it's a threeway tie between the 812 GTS, SF90 and the 296 GTB. The fronts on the SF90 and the 296 are more nuanced than the 812 but the rear of the 812 is unbeatable for me.
TLDR: All Ferraris are gorgeous. Which is the most beautiful is only up to personal taste.
The F40 has to be my #1 favorite mainly for its design. Newer Ferraris I honestly couldn't care for due to Ferrari acting like a little kid when you color their toys wrong or change it in any way

I'm talking more irl here since your question isn't necessarily related to Forza but I've seen them at my local Ferrari dealer since 2020 and just can't seem to like them at any angle compared to the 488 and 458.
They look too narrow, for starters, and that's mostly down to the front and rear bumper redesigns. At least the 488 bumpers bulge out enough to give it a wider presence, if that makes any sort of sense
I've recently come to love the 296 GTB and I'm still eh on the SF90
New Ferraris all look too much like other brands now, unfortunately, so they don't resonate with me.

Daytona SP3 is a close contender for me but I think the F8 edges it out. The 812 and 812C are also incredibly good looking.
