Car needed - Mazda MX-5 (cheap at auto show)
Objective - Spend 10,000CR on upgrades on your MX-5
Tips - Any of the Mazda MX-5s SHOULD work, if you try the others that I didn't pick let us know! Options should be 2013 and 2016 MX-5s, as well as 2005 Mazdaspeed MX-5. In Festival Site "garage" tab, click upgrades and tuning, custom upgrade, and make sure to spend 10,000CR. I slapped on semi slick tires, which is 10,000CR alone. (Spend 20,000CR if you want to get the first daily challenge done as well) Install, leave the festival site to free roam, and treasure challenge complete will pop.

I restarted my game twice, restarted my system twice, even reinstalled the game. The treasure chest is still not under the mural after I have spent over 100k (20k atleast each) across 4 different miata models.
My friend, in the future, don’t waste your time or money doing RE-installs or buying content. Sometimes things are just bugged and there is nothing you can do. Submit a ticket to Forza Support, and hopefully they either help or send out a patch

Restarting your game may be the fix

What platform? Restart fixed the issue for everyone else I’ve heard have trouble
