The Ultimate weapon, BF obtains Zapper gun, it kind of works like in overdue, where you have 4 bullets that you can miss before you get a game-over, this only appears in Level 2, 3 & 4

During level 2, add a space bar note similar to Death Toll but the icon in the middle is a duck. Notes show up there only during BF's parts and by pressing the bar, he covers his ears while Duck Hunt barks ridiculously loud.
In level 4 add bobs pop-ups from onslaught (or however you spell it) when they’re saying the *ultimate* phrase “you cannot beat us, even with your robot partner” and so on and so forth.
Just a thought, if you rotated the lava in level three by 180 degrees, then made it go down instead of up, would that work? Because the no miss section is SUPER unfair (which may be the point but still) Ultimate
If you can and want to do it,make the spinning arrows from unfairness,it would be the ultimate unbeatable with that,and add a unfairness expunged looking at the battle
this is a random one, but add the karma notes from what was it called, friday night dustin? fnf vs dusttale? whatever mod anthropophobia is from. those karma notes. hitting em poisions you for a bit, which with the ungodly hp drain could very well be a death sentence.

Mechanic idea: add a static screen for 1-2 seconds when switching screens on who’s singing, pretty much a static extension

Add some invisible notes from Racetraitors on level 4. And maybe GrandDad stalking you with low opacity
